Bermo offers low cost modular compound and progressive die manufacturing. Bermo's die fabrication is highly automated. The CAD systems generate NC codes from the tool database, which are downloaded directly to the CNC equipment, nearly eliminating manual machining operations. This allows for quicker, multi-shift processing of tool components along with a smooth assembly and tryout process.

Bermo's tool room incorporate high speed machining, wire EDM, precision grinding, cutting edge CAD CAM software, and most importantly, a highly trained workforce to compete successfully in the global arena.
