Quality Control - ISO Certified
9001:2000
Bermo
Incorporated utilizes quality planning practices, software and inspection technology
to ensure that all products meet or exceed customer expectations. We utilize
the s2i2 Galileo software to handle data collection,
statistical process control and analysis, as well as keeping track of failure
analysis and corrective actions.
Our
Quality Control process is electronic wherever possible. Digital gages
collect critical measurements and input them directly into the s2i2
Galileo database. Inspection instructions with digital images are embedded in
parts inspection programs to guarantee that every operator and inspector
measures every part in exactly the same manners. Our inspection room includes
coordinate measuring machines (CMMs) and laser inspection machines that
automate the inspection process to reduce the human factor as much as
possible.

Some
examples of our online quality capabilities:
- FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis)
- First Article Inspection Reports
- Receiving Inspection Data
- In-Process Inspection Data
- Final Inspection Data
- Calibration Data Base
- CPK/SPC/PPAP Data
|
- Corrective Action Forms
- Preventative Action Forms
- Deviation Request Forms
- Product Purge Forms
- Process Yield Data
- Pareto Chart Data
- MRB/Failure Analysis Reports

All of our CMMs run on the same programming language. This ensures that
measurements are taken in a consistent manner from machine to machine.
The Microview allows us to perform flat blank inspection quickly, with
minimal human intervention. Parts are compared to the nominal shape in the
database and inspected with 100% accuracy. The Microview also has advanced
Optical Comparator capabilities.
The latest addition to our QC lab operates with incredible speed and
accuracy. It is designed for use not only by inspectors but also by the
operators. This ensures total involvement of all personnel in the quality
process.
