Job Summary
Safely and efficiently produce quality parts according to job instructions. Operator must be pro-active in utilizing provided equipment to optimize ergonomics and minimize excessive twisting, bending, and possible strains. This job requires the exposure to dust, fumes, noise, oils and other chemicals.

Receive instruction from lead personnel and supervisors.

III. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Set-up, program, operate, troubleshoot, maintain, and train employees on department equipment.
- Set-up and utilize ancillary items.
- Set-up and utilize safety devices.
- Operate material handling equipment.
- Detect faulty operations and fix accordingly.
- Identify defects and fix accordingly.
- Perform accurate part/material counts.
- Utilize inspection equipment to check quality of parts.
- Navigate and perform all necessary functions of department software.
- Perform duties as directed by the supervisor and lead personnel.
V. Competencies, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Complete certified blue print course
- Read and understand GD&T
- Able to follow printed and verbal work instructions
- Pass all position-related screenings
